I am thankful for any holiday we get to spend together as a family, because well, when your are in a military family, we won't always get that.
It was a very rainy Christmas and New Years down here in Louisiana. And it has finally gotten chilly outside.
A few weeks ago I was wearing shorts, because it was so warm out!
I made a collage of some of my favorite pictures throughout the year and shared them on my Facebook and Instagram. But here they are again!
2013 is going to be an interesting year! We are gearing up for an over 13 hour car drive to go back home in Indiana for a month.
We are expecting to get new orders sometime in the spring, so I am excited and nervous. Nervous because what if I end up having to move someplace not on my "list" but excited that there is always a possibility that it could happen.
Andy will have to go for some training before we move and will be gone for I think up to 3 months. And that will be around the time I am knee deep in full toddlerhood. Eek.
Then we will get to say good bye to Louisiana in the late fall and move to our new base!
Oh did I mention I will be turning 30?!?!! Aaaaaccccccckkkkkk!
Okay I know I shouldn't freak out, especially since I am still told I look 18. (These flatterers are on my BS list.)
But I can't help it! I'm not upset I'm turning 30. I think more so, I'm just like, whoa, I'm actually getting old.
So there you go, 2013 here we come!!
